During my tenure at R Systems International Limited, I encountered significant challenges primarily linked to my immediate manager, Mehak. Unfortunately, our professional relationship was marred by personal conflicts, which regrettably impacted my performance and attendance. Mehak frequently displayed unprofessional behavior, including verbal abuse and creating a hostile work environment. This situation left me with no alternative but to consider resigning from my position. After approximately 14 months of service, I decided to resign due to the ongoing pressure and difficulties posed by Mehak. Subsequently, the company and I reached a mutual agreement for my separation. I wish to highlight that my decision to leave R Systems International Limited was not taken lightly. It was driven by the challenging work environment created by Mehak and my commitment to safeguarding my well-being. Moreover, when I initially joined the company, I had signed an offer letter that included a one-year bond agreement, obligating me to pay a penalty of 1 lac Rupees if I left the company before completing one year. I honored this agreement and resigned only after fulfilling this obligation. It is important to note that during the entire 14-month period, I did not take any leave because I was working remotely.
