Hire and Fire policy. Worst work environment. If you are stuck anywhere no one will help. You need to work independently on project, no teams. If anyone can work independently and min 12 hours a day then you can join R Systems.

During interview ,the recruiter mentioned long terms projects ,but in reality's they misrepresent the situation by telling many lies .once joined they assigned only short terms projects ,typically 2-3 months ,once project completed ,they would placed into bench.

Less projects for developer .why hiring without projects .fell like no job security.it will impact with employees career. find the solutions for short terms projects .otherwise no one will join

No Job security, if you didn't got billing for a month, you are Fired. R Systems ask people to join them even for the project which was predicted to be with them for 3 months only, and then they try them with other projects or fire them.

This company has some old managers they are here since 15-20 years. They behave like a owner of company. They don't have manners to talk with an employee. They do promise a lot of stuffs at the time of hiring like good project and you will get an opportunity to work on good technology etc.

No job security. Be prepared anytime you can get a call from HR that start giving interview outside in short notice. I was allocated to a project then all of sudden they deallocated me by saying we are fighting for the budget and without giving a single chance to work for a day in any project I got a call about my LWD.
