Sr. Electrical Lab Incharge

R Systems International is seeking a skilled Sr. Electrical Lab Incharge with extensive experience working with electromechanical systems, electrical components, embedded firmware, and software products. As an ideal candidate, you should have excellent skills in developing electro-mechanical devices and expertise in designing and developing digital and analog circuits. You will possess strong documentation and data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Additionally, you should have a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and project completion, especially when working with globally distributed teams.

• Design and develop digital and analog circuits, including skills in ADCs, DACs, operational amplifiers (OP Amps), microprocessors, microcontrollers, and DSPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop electromechanical devices, combining electrical components, embedded firmware, and software.
• Manage laboratory supplies, maintain inventory, place orders, and verify the receipt of goods to ensure the lab remains stocked.
• Maintain accurate equipment calibration records and assist with calibration activities.
• Conduct quality checks on newly delivered equipment to verify proper operation and functionality.
• Participate in defect and root cause analyses, assess product functionality, and provide insights into defects.
• Set up and execute product testing based on written or verbal plans; record, analyze, and communicate test results.
• Track defects, estimate test effort, and contribute to gauge R&R studies.
• Ensure compliance with lean 6S standards during test execution and lab organization.
• Adhere to all lab safety protocols and ensure PPE is managed and maintained to ensure a safe working environment.
