Lead Engineer

R Systems International is looking for a skilled .NET Developer with experience in the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, SQL, Azure, Visual Studio, and NoSQL databases. You should have a strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, RESTful services, and cloud-based development, along with experience working with messaging systems like MQTT, AMQP, and RabbitMQ. Additionally, you should be proficient in CI/CD processes, focusing on delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software for IoT applications. You will also be expected to lead technical discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process within an Agile framework.

• Produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software to support IoT applications.
• Participate in peer reviews and pull requests to ensure high-quality software.
• Proactively identify and raise concerns to enhance code quality.
• Work within Agile methodologies and Scrum to ensure effective delivery of tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues effectively.
• Collaborate with scrum teams, product owners, and scrum masters for issue management.
• Maintain platform-specific knowledge of key software application features in myQ middleware.
• Lead and contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and community practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with product owners, front end, middleware, DevOps, and firmware teams.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with architects and senior engineers to create thoughtful software designs.
• Estimate work, support project plan creation, and report progress to functional management.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for reusable code development.
