The process of promotion/appraisal is very bad. They can't justify this even you can't do meeting with management for the same. The timing of taking decisions by management is wrong every time. They can introduce any rules anytime.

Promotion policy is not good. Appraisals are not on the basis of performance. Everyone gets same hike whether you are working exceptional or average.

Most of the organisation provide salary on last working day of month but this company provide by 1st of every month if there is sat or Sun on 1st then credit the salary on Monday

This is first time I was getting appraisal from QX and it is only 5% to 7% though my client is very happy he sent appreciation emails also then also only such low appraisal even the small and mid companies give atleast 17% to 20% appraisal and salary also they are providing is low to average salary 40k per month as per estimated salary

Company is nice in regards with taking new initiatives, recognizing the efforts and appreciate them.

They tremendously lack in investing in good employees, their expectations are too high from an employee but in return they never have justified salary to give.

Working in QX, I would say the best thing to work here is just the fun activities, work life balance environment, some additional benefits like meals and yearly functions happening around the corner.

There is so much on this list, basically anything that we point towards work life specifically, take it as salary absolutely disappointing as they make cuts and have their own benefits, then appraisal which is utterly useless for a person because comparing the amount of appraisal they give is far less than any other company in the world I would say to be honest, your growth only depends on how well you are just a pony tail of managers and up above management team.
