No leave policy They believe in taking work of an entire team from 2 people only Payroll - a teams' work taken from one person Accounts - same as payroll , one person should handle a load of 6 team members and due to this there is no cross skilling and micromanaged to such a bloody level that even if you are facing personal injuries or god forbids any fatalities they will ask you to still work because to obtain one leave you need to inform them a week before so they want you to become a God and predict all your life situations and future 6 days prior so that they won't face any inconveniences Spineless managers and age old softwares used to keep on spinning yourself in circles Join this org only when you are that fed up in your life that you want to become mentally ill and depressed...Read More

This organisation is Dominated by management who are gujarati and are old employees. They don't care about anyone . No sympathy for employees. Strict rules, Micromanagement, mentally torture and undue pressure. No flexibility. If you have urgency and want leave, not allowed.

The employees get one client for whom they have to work from scratch to month end activities so the learning opportunities are good.

Dislikes

The management is poor, team managers torture their colleagues with regards to work and timings. There is no transparency between managers and their team. In QX the work timings are not flexible employees have to sit continuously for 9.5 hours on system so productivity gets less. In order to enhance productivity atleast employees need flexibility for work and peace of mind.
