Salary is good but after joining the work, Daily allowance was changed. HR department will change the time of working in between. While hiring they told it is 9 to 5 shift without lunch but after joining it is 9 to 6 shift with the lunch break. None of the HR will mention only the working hours without a lunch break. They gave me 15 days to search for other jobs.

Dr Binita asked me to start Excel but you never mentioned that QUR health Excel should match with my Excel format. YEARLY ONLY 200 PATIENTS is confirmed with disease but our QUR HEALTH wants 1000 patient yearly, from where I will get it. Pls understand and motivate the staffs to work. Blindly don't blame others and remove from job immediately.

Product is very weak, all clients will turn negative after few days of ususage .Even after repeted feedback of customers the management will not improveso they cant sustain in market for too long, management is highly inexperienced and doesnot understand sales and marketing well ,no strategy and direction and everybody is confusedwith no clues.. The company as such is very nice and the role is really a dream role for any one, the company benefits and hike processes are really good

Internal communication gap and the colleagues have too much of unwanted blaming and pointing out and lack of teamwork and coordination, poor training module, team management is poor and the human resource here will never have hears for their employees they only will listen to their favorites. above all their Quality checks they do not have proper QC forms or any right method to do this.
