I started working as a fresher and manager and other senior team member should help you learn the work but instead they will teach you only a little bit and expect you to learn everything on my own without even giving you enough time to do it. It is the worst company to work for if you are fresher. The manager will puts way too much pressure than a fresher can handle. The management will hire freshers on 6 months probation basis and find some excuse and cut the probation to 3 months. They won't even give proper trainings to freshers and expect to learn on their own in a very very short period of time. The manager mostly starts the meeting at 7 pm after working hours and it will extends upto 9 or 9.30 or even 10 at times. Zero work life balance...Read More
