There is lot of politics worst than government...Management doesn't consider the employee issues, They only consider the complaint from so called managers or VP's...If there is proper investigation s done through HR the things will go in a smooth way...But the HR team is also a waste material...VP's are simply getting paid-simply sitting Monthly Getting...If management decide to call & & verify why people have resigned job they will get a know the reason behind it..There are still managers & VP's who are still working there & minting money by doing some against policy work......Read More
