Actually the word is "Nothing". Do not dare to join this company especially in Sales. They will hire you for one vertical but they will give you 8 more verticals to handle. They follow old school thought processes which is not user friendly for the emplyoee. Just imagine, they reimburse INR 300 for mobile usage. For travel allowance,they take another 1 month to reimburse after the tedious submissions of hard and soft copies of the bills. After joining the company, they do not provide time to settle down, they will start creating sales pressure from the day 1 without giving proper training. And, if your boss doesn't have personal life then he/she will make sure that there is atleast one unproductive concall on saturday and if your boss is more frustated then you can consider Sunday also😂. This is my solid perspective in only 3 months and I am not seeing long term future here. Also, they ask for the same report again and again. They are internally not at all organised. Only good part is, they credit the salary on time i.e. 1st of every month. If you are needy, then only join but if you have big passions and store out of the box thinking then do not even think about it.
