The company is not good at all, promotions do not happen on time, I have been on the same post for 4 years, they also give salary so that you can just fill your stomach, nothing else

Quess Corp is a very bad company. It has been 10 months since I left this company and in my relieving letter and PF account they have wrongly entered date of exit and I am worried about solving this for the last 10 months but they are just passing time. There is no value of employees in their eyes and if you go and tell them in the office, they make you feel as if we have come to beg.

Gives Competitive salary & salary structure is good you can save lot tax. They generally deploy you in client location if project completed & anything happened at client end or any disputes between quess & client you will be loosing your job. Keep it as last option to join. Don't join here

No job security. If project completed at client end they'll just remove you. Less leaves. They don't follow any labour laws & leave standard. Only 1 leave per month & that also they include in encashment. No support from quess corp managers towards the people who are working at client locations. Medical benefits are worst. No food or meal coupons.

1. No on time salary for sure. 2.No leave balance will be you have to work all day. 3. No yearly hike or bonus till I stay or die. 4.No HR is supportive, they don’t respond to mail or calls, busy in spoiling others career. 5. They deduct 4K from your salary for leave enchantment and if you even take single leave they will deduct onF&F, 6.they charge 400, 200 Rs Background verification charges every month no body knows why? 7. They deduct 4-5 k for insurance which again from our salary sadly. 8. I saw ppl working on Saturday and Sunday too but no pay, no use of comp off too, 9. Quess is big Group.. Depends upon your experience they will give you hike in salary.. Iam belongs to Maintenance Engineer in a Mechanical..
