Grouping, Back biting, Nexus of few old employees who doesn't welcome and support new comers. As a leader you will realize that you have been given portfolio without power. Relationship here matters more than the job and performance. Sr. Level management are good but unfortunately they are more dependent and surrounded by few set of people who doesn't want to see growing newcomers.
