Dislikes

Poor management and policies are there but still when it comes to follow it's not applicable for the tenured people. Partiality within colleagues and partial decisions while promoting; also there is no specific structure for appraisals.

The people and the work culture was worst. Cafeteria was of so poor quality that no one would like to have food there. Even after so many complains about food no one cares.

Dislikes

Managers do partiality in giving leaves. No job security.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
