When your job is secure in an organization, you are able to work with confidence. This is something that every organization may not provide especially during or after the coronavirus pandemic. Quantzig has given me this benefit. I have been able to confidently work. I have also tried to increase my productivity to the possible extent.

Dislikes

The organization's cafeteria can be good for those who have no lunch prepared at home but the quality is not very good.

I got relieved from this company a few months ago. During my employment, I worked 5 days a week. It was quite a stress-free job. I had the weekends completely to myself. Speaking of the work culture, I never found issues With that. Even my colleagues were professional and worked with a positive mindset.

Dislikes

My family moved abroad and so did. I wish there was some way I could continue my employment even now.

I wasn't so happy with my previous office because even the basic facilities were not available there. here, the management is awesome and its has arranged every facility that an employee needs. from cleanliness to a peaceful atmosphere, I am happy with everything that the management has done and provided.

Dislikes

The facilities are great but only on weekends, the workload seems to be there.

I found a job here 4 months ago. Right from the first day, I have been happy with the work culture. there has been no issue with the management also. The training sessions are good here. There is no high work pressure as of now. So, these 4 months have been well-spent here.

Dislikes

The work timings are okay but they don't seem to be very flexible to me.
