1. The friends made in the company who have similar goals of leaving the company as soon as possible.

1. Arrogant and Egoistic CEO who thinks he's always right and has the brightest mind in the company. 2. Stupid, Dunce, Incompetent and Irresponsible Sister of CEO who's also a Team Lead who is as clueless as a White board. 3. Technically illiterate Manager. 4. Project development without proper planning and vision. They don't actually know what they really want precisely. 5. Requirments are not planned. Can change at any point of time, even on the day of Project Delivery. And you will be questioned for the delay! 6. Miscommunication and misunderstanding at every level of development with Unrealistic deadlines. 7. Washroom is always crowded cause 30+ employees use 2 washroom, 1 for each gender. 8. There's never any fun celebration culture. 9. Notice Period if of 3 months. You won't receive your salary for all the 3 months. I don't agree with 1 star rating and the false things written about it. My question to them is if u didn't like here then what stopped you here there must be something unique or you didn't had so much skills to get another job. The most think I liked about here is proper work life balance come on time leave on time and all Saturdays are off except the first one due to there is exchange mock test . The comment written below about 1 min late and your salary is deducted is totally false because we get grace of 15 min every day to come late. Here the work culture is very friendly with a clear communication about all the policies. When I joined, they asked me if I'm comfortable taking a target job and completing the total talktime criteria. Then they shared the same on email as written about the work which I have to do as per my KRA. In 9 hours of working, they have veryminimum talk time criteria of 2.4hr which was done easliy after doing this and completing my target I had full rights to leave early or on time....Read More

I loved so much working in this company. The CEO is extremely talented he is a god gift... his ideas are so innovative. He thinks in a way which no one can think he is 5 steps forwards what the competitors can think. I got a grateful opportunity to work with him closely and all the managers are so talented. They really have a nice team bonding to execute the ideas mutually. I would have never left this organization but as I'm getting married, and my family wants me to come back to hometown that why i have to leave. There is nothing to like in this company, Every 5 star review on this company is fake. More than 95% of the staff hates the company. The only thing I liked was the friends I made.

pretty much everything in the previous 1 star reviews are correct The pantry has cockroaches They don't even provide tissues in Poor Air Conditioning The washrooms are dirty Only 1 washroom for a 100 employees Very limited parking space The building staff is stingy as well Managers lack technical knowledge Team Leaders aren't helpful at all Salary gets deducted if you come even 1 second late The CEO is always on the cloud of his own ego The CEO's sister and the Development Team Head lack the knowledge of basic english, forget about computers Their company policy keeps changing every month The laptops and mouse provided are of the cheapest quality The work environment is toxic Deadlines are ridiculous since managers are dumb The CEO's father is even more annoying as he keeps walking around the company for no reason The CEO drinks alcohol openly anywhere but charges 5000 rupees penalty if he saw someone eating non-veg Overall I don't think this company has a good future. Seniors, Hr, admin and culture everything is just worst. Office location also worst. Its stinks all the time. Also if you don't complete your 75% of talktime and leaving after half day then too you will mark as absent. Plus if you haven't complete talktime for some reason and complete your working hours then too its consider half day. Sometime office boy don't have keys so office open lately so you punch late because of main door open late then too its charge you half day even though its not your fault. They having their own app and from their only you need to call and many sales staff calling to same lead and from that also they want conversion. The owner dont know the basic if so many staff will call same person more than 3-4 times in day so the customer will get frustrate. I will suggest everyone not to join the company because of their terms and conditions which they haven't disclose in the interview you will loose your salary.
