Quantsapp is a Fraud Organization, The HR doesn't even have the guts to convey the message to candidate's about the talk time criteria where the company deducts the half salary for the day if talktime is not met . Also the company's HR has not mentioned about the salary date , with regards to salary is credited after 45 days. Worst place to work & would not recommend any one.

Very friendly work culture and nobody asks to do any overtime. Come on time leave on time culture is what i like best. Have been also getting increments double than what i used to get in previous companies.

I was able to take good incentive during my period of 5years by incentive I was able to achieve my few dreams. The culture is very simple talktime during are set targets are set. The management is very clear what they want.

I don't agree with 1 star rating and the false things written about it. My question to them is if u didn't like here then what stopped you here there must be something unique or you didn't had so much skills to get another job. The most think I liked about here is proper work life balance come on time leave on time and all Saturdays are off except the first one due to there is exchange mock test . The comment written below about 1 min late and your salary is deducted is totally false because we get grace of 15 min every day to come late. I felt here very less pressure of work compared to other companies I worked where they use to make me and my colleagues sit till long hours....Read More

There is nothing to like in this company, Every 5 star review on this company is fake. More than 95% of the staff hates the company. The only thing I liked was the friends I made.

pretty much everything in the previous 1 star reviews are correct The pantry has cockroaches They don't even provide tissues in Poor Air Conditioning The washrooms are dirty Only 1 washroom for a 100 employees Very limited parking space The building staff is stingy as well Managers lack technical knowledge Team Leaders aren't helpful at all Salary gets deducted if you come even 1 second late The CEO is always on the cloud of his own ego The CEO's sister and the Development Team Head lack the knowledge of basic english, forget about computers Their company policy keeps changing every month The laptops and mouse provided are of the cheapest quality The work environment is toxic Deadlines are ridiculous since managers are dumb The CEO's father is even more annoying as he keeps walking around the company for no reason The CEO drinks alcohol openly anywhere but charges 5000 rupees penalty if he saw someone eating non-veg Overall I don't think this company has a good future. The environment is very peaceful to work no blunt languages used by any seniors and they don't shout on floor like I have seen in other companies how they shout and insult. Timeline and target of work completion are very smooth like the way it should be no less or extra time defined. They play music every evening and during lunch break to calm the mind. I loved so much working in this company. The CEO is extremely talented he is a god gift... his ideas are so innovative. He thinks in a way which no one can think he is 5 steps forwards what the competitors can think. I got a grateful opportunity to work with him closely and all the managers are so talented. They really have a nice team bonding to execute the ideas mutually. Seniors, Hr, admin and culture everything is just worst. Office location also worst. Its stinks all the time. Also if you don't complete your 75% of talktime and leaving after half day then too you will mark as absent. Plus if you haven't complete talktime for some reason and complete your working hours then too its consider half day. Sometime office boy don't have keys so office open lately so you punch late because of main door open late then too its charge you half day even though its not your fault. They having their own app and from their only you need to call and many sales staff calling to same lead and from that also they want conversion. The owner dont know the basic if so many staff will call same person more than 3-4 times in day so the customer will get frustrate. I will suggest everyone not to join the company because of their terms and conditions which they haven't disclose in the interview you will loose your salary. This is the worst company that I have ever worked for. Wasted my 7 months. The management things they are god's. At the very start, everything was very nice. After 1 month, I can to know their true colours. - CEO is an IIT, but he has np knowledge related to coding. - management people will always harras you, provides unrealistic tasks with unrealistic deadlines like do this in minutes or hours. - No proper leave policy - after 1 month of my joining, I was working every single weekends and holidays. - they will call you and ask you to work even you have applied for leaves - no room for improvement, they just want to earn money by not providing any skills or learning to employees - once you resign, they will put you salary on hold for 3 months and after completing that with 45 days period you will have to follow up or beg to get your own money. - some of my colleagues got tortured even after leaving the company as they don't provide you all the documents - they blackmail you by saying that if any background verification happens we will say that you absconded without a notice. - lunch area is completely dirty and always heated due to no shelter and ac machines which exerts heat continuously, cockroaches in coffee machines, improper washroom as it is always dirty. 1) Pathetic Company, Seniors take all credit of work done by their juniors. 2)Appraisal gets delayed by months. 3) Keep count of each minute you spend other than work. Eg. Restroom break, lunch break. 4) Terminate employees without any notice or work error.
