Quantiphi as a company is giving a good compensation as compared to others in market. The freshers package is really good. There are quarterly parties, no micro management specific to my project.
Are more client oriented. Could be a project issue where we never say no to client. Laterals are hired but yearly hikes are between (5-9%) which is nt really fair. Freshers who joined at 8LPA would get either get 10,20 or 30 % hike and in few years would reach closer to 3 years experience guy as he is a lateral who joined and is getting less hike.

People who don't even understand ML have taken promotions and are leading the project as technical architect. Promotions are a joke here. My manager has zero understanding about ML and was converted from business analyst to Machine Learning Engineer and now leads the team (This is not a joke). There is absolutely no work life balance here. Management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing. The leads commit unrealistic deadlines and you have to work over the weekends to meet them. The HRs don't even tell you how the performance rating algorithm works. My HR once told me they 'cannot reveal it'. The increments are peanuts.
