I have worked for 4 years in Quality Kiosk, earlier I was in Monitoring department after one year I was promoted to Functional Testing department. In functional Testing I was like a fresher, but when I was assigned a project, I was able to learn everything from scratch. My manager and team members were very helpful and they constantly encouraged me to go ahead.

Dislikes

When I was transferred from monitoring to Functional Testing, I was offered automation testing. But I was not given time to learn automation testing. And later on I was made to sit on bench for two months.

My work was very easy but due resource de-allocation I had to do work of two persons alone. And in spite of several request for a resource I wasn't provided.

Overall Quality Kiosk technologies is a good company. It is a total service based testing company. Where you will get good opportunities for working on client side ongoing projects. Work culture is hectic as it is full testing field. Salaries are on time and hike is just OK. But if you are some one who are passionate about coding and development. Travelling are great concerned here as you are asked to go any client location if there is priority requirement. Work pressure is there but if team is good then it can be manageable.

Genet speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire day to day operations. As long as I got to work closely with the client, it was a great working experience.
