My time at Quality Kiosk has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to the management and client relationships. 1. Unqualified Leadership: Team Leader Jitesh Lapasiya, who got his role with minimal experience, reflects a troubling trend of unqualified individuals in leadership positions. 2.Toxic Work Environment:Deepak Dalvi, representing Axis Bank at the Worli office, exemplifies a client relationship that is focused solely on profit, often disregarding the team's hard work and well-being. 3. Poor Management:Vivek Saurav, the Delivery Head, fails to provide adequate support or advocate for employees, resulting in a demotivating atmosphere where staff feel undervalued. 4. Challenging Client Expectations: The demands from Axis Bank are often unrealistic, leading to excessive pressure on the team without recognition of their efforts. 5. Internal Politics:The pervasive internal politics further complicate collaboration and contribute to a low morale among employees. In summary, I cannot recommend Quality Kiosk as a positive workplace. The type of work life balance and appraisal provided are not satisfied also sometime you need to stretch on your tasks and put personal things aside and need to work after tis you will not get any special benefits this is the misery

I'm on client location so there is nothing to like about Quality Kiosk.

They are not providing the good hike. Even jobs are not secured, at any time client can say that we are off boarding the employee. No communication between QK management and Employees who are on client location.

They don't have any messanger software to communicate within the team. Example slack,flock etc. We were discussing our all doubt on WhatsApp group only.

Despite lacking leadership qualities and relevant experience, they enjoy a hefty salary package of 12 lakhs. Moreover, their focus seems to be on personal endeavors rather than contributing to the team's success. The work environment is marred by favoritism, evident in the preferential treatment given to certain individuals based on their caste and connections. Additionally, politics and personal vendettas dictate decision-making, with those in power playing games to undermine those they dislike. Furthermore, the lack of support from clients, coupled with their unprofessional behavior, exacerbates the challenges faced by the team. Appraisal they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.

Working with the worst team fpna finance is a nightmare. They take credit for your hard work, shift the blame onto you for any issues, and subject you to constant torture. Despite putting in maximum effort, creating tools they dont know, the recognition is stolen, and you’re left dealing with the consequences of others' mistakes. They even accused me of disclosing crucial pricing details to another company, relentlessly pushing me to take the blame until I almost gave up. I had to fight back and refuse to accept such baseless accusations. In the end, they had no proof to support their claims.
