This company is more then 2 decades old but the didn't had any standard procedure for hiring. 1. They hire and fire employees without any intimation. 2. Hire only on contract role. 3. Likes only depends upon your client. If the client you are working with is good then at least work life balance and culture will be good. Else QK is worst in terms of employees benefits

Appraisal they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.
