Semi govt. And Sir Madam Bhajan. No skip level meetings. Zero transparency. No defined policies. Not seen future vision. Top leaders lack aggressive character and out of ideas. They live in yesterday. Don't know what is tomorrow All support units are Bhajan units. Office is also not great. They don't care about people deployed and working in client places. From April 2023 they started layoffs and push employees to resign or leave company . They call lean bench and arrow profits to bosses and these bosses are happy as they don't have any hunger and passion to grow and don't think about people who are energetic to do my more. They deployed many of us at client location and client is using us like anything, and we have raised multiple concerns to the upper management of QualityKiosk Technologies regarding Comp off for weekends or work life balance but no action taken,not a good work experience. And the part is that client wants us to work till late night like 12-1 AM and even on Saturday and Sunday like same.

Appraisal they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.
