The company focuses on employees growth, and we get to explore the latest technology and new processes as well. I loved working here and would love to work in future also. People are encouraged to take up responsibilities which is great for professional growth.

Dislikes

They should offer some more training sessions considering the functional aspect or depending on the previously accomplished projects. Such training can be of much importance.

I have started my career with Quadlabs. The main thing in this company is the friendly environment. This company maintain a good culture and a positive environment including monthly fun-filled activates. Management members are also supportive. They hep employees with any query.

Due to free work culture and more noticeable management; some employees ask for irrelevant excuses, that I felt a bit annoying. i think company management should be quite strict towards their policy.

This company ensure the bright future along with self development. They provide so many opportunities where you can learn and progress. The managers are helpful and they care for the employees.

Not exactly always, but sometimes due to uncertain projects deadlines, you might have to stay for a few extra hours, as well. So,you might have to skip your preplanned schedules in this conditions.

A likeable place to work with great learning experience. Independent work culture, a good friendly atmosphere. A company that allows you to learn on your own, to take initiatives and develop your ideas. The co-workers are helpful and understanding. They guide you from time to time.

Work from home should be allowed after the pandemic as well.

This company can shape your personality to a great extent. The company also has a good policies which are beneficial for all the employees. We can learn many new things in technologies over here. The management is very supportive.

Even i left Quadlabs but still connected with the team over parties and events. It was a good experience of my life, had gone to company's trips, parties, award events. Quadlabs party like hell, like there is no tomorrow. Team members and mentor are good they will tell you guide you on each step. I will surely join quadlabs again ifi got chance to do so. People who write their review about salary and appraisal are haters or competitors. Salary is on time, Saturdays are off, appraisal is best in marketing even my current company fails to give same hike.
