Company has no expansion plans.It was a rotating shift with one weekly off.They have two shifts 8-5 or 11-8. No holidays even on public holidays like independence day or diwali.Managers change every 2- 3 months. Process instability.No SOP.Dirty Politics.No Growth.

Learning Opportunities: You get to learn a lot, but mostly because you are constantly thrown into situations with little support and guidance. Supportive colleagues: Some colleagues are helpful, but that is only because they are on the same boat, dealing with overwhelming workloads and deadlines.

Terrible Work-life balance: The company doesn't respect your personal time. Long hours and weekend work are the norm, and there is little regard for employee well-being. The workload is crushing and management seems indifferent to how much stress this causes. Lack of direction: There is poor planning from the top, and often projects are disorganized with last-minute changes becoming a regular norm. Nothing, this company sucks big time. The CEO some duffer with spurious/fake foreign fancy university degree bosses around. In fact he opened the company to show his superiority over others. Even if you get chosen for any position, start looking out for another opportunities as its a shit company, Job security is zero and you can be asked to leave for frivolous reasons . This place has a small group of employees who have been working for decades and who will not get any employment outside. The promise big, including the CEO, operations and HR to candidates during interview but are flops in reality. They were supposed to open 24 clinics in 2024-25 (F**k) but in reality has not even opened 1 nor shifted any clinics....avoid this company as a pandemic...chee...Read More

Dislikes

The physiotherapist named Rishita Shah is a who cares only for her Church gate clinic...worries on spots on walls wherein none of the clinics are even painted since opening. Nor dislocated wooden floors fixed i.e. (Santacruz) clinic. Animals like these are many here. avoid this place and run for your life.
