Organization is good, As a patient counselor if you are good in multitasking you won't face any issues while working in qi as patient counselor

Dislikes

As always some people in organisation are toxic and responsible for spoiling the culture but if you know how to tackle then no problem.

This i m talking about Pune branch team work, no work life balance it feels as if i u r wrkng for 24hrs rather than 8hrs, mental torture, politics, u need to butter ur seniors, no respect as a Dr it is like hr rules over u. N many more drawbacks.

No balance, mental torture. U have to work like robot. And no respect as Dr u have to listen to any rubbish by pt or colleagues.

Management and work environment is pathetic will not recommend it to anyone I work till 5 years no good increment no position and senior who is working there as it their own company they ruin your work life They do lot of guffup Terrific experience to work with

Pathetic organization to work with they will ask 1 person to do work of 2 people and you are getting 0 payback Unnecessary salary cut their own logic is behind They force you torture you to do work and threaten you if u don't listen to senior and management is just not doing anything for this
