Good experience to work with Portea Medical. It's a first home health care international base company in India. Work experience is very good. No more growth in salary, security is an average. Skill development is very good & useful for further life.

Dislikes

Work experience is very good but financially growth is very slow. This job is good for skill development. Security is on a average stage. It's a private company because of that no job guaranty.

Highly unprofessional behaviour from Bangalore HR. Policies/ changes are not at all cascading to the respective teams. Appraisal will come like a name sake.....My colleague got 86 rupees increment who gets almost 19k CTC.
