1. No appreciation or acknowledgement to what doctors do, physios their are really hardworking and the frontliners, but they are treated like shit. 2 poor salary+ increment, rather i can say no increment at all. No matter how much you work theirs no fair pay. 3 theirs respect for everyone but doctors. 4 alot of politics, partiality,favoursim, and toxicity 5 for assistants they say something else while hiring n when you actually get in and know whats your job gonna be its shocking; so the abscond % is high. In short they lie while hiring just for the sake of hiring. 6 poor infrastructure, ACs don't work at times, no bonus 7 working days are mon to sun for only docs, I wish the management some day come on the ground level to work 7 days a week. Compoffs are decided by the management only if someone else is on leave u can't take leave so sometimes the working can go upto 10 to 13 days continuously also. 8 no job security at all they fire doctors m left- right-centre , rather they conduct meetings to tell doctors that they can fire anyone anytime, no wonder as management doens't respect doctors then this is the only thing which is expected from them. 9 earlier the company was patient centric, now it's only revenue centric....Read More

If you are joining this specific branch as a patient counselor then here are the things you will get to see 18.5362° N, 73.8940° E As soon as you join be ready to experience dirty muddy politics done by the 2-3 Yellow heads who are sitting there and stealing creadit of others for years and they will surely introduce themselves as Some funny so called "Senior" position. 😂 If you are being yes women/man for those people then you are best person for this role and if you try to work hard but not in their favour then your appropriate feedback will be shared in a way that higher management which will get you in trouble. Now understand this this is not any single counselors experience this is what I have seen experienced and saw happening with many counselors came and left in front of me because of same reason. 1) Work hard but credit will go to your "Sinior" 2) Management completely aware about this so don't expect anything from higher management. 3) Beware of card plays as these toxic ones are really experts to play V & W card IYKYN..... The timing is strict, and you need to arrive on time, but there are no restrictions leaving time. Completing your shift is acceptable, but the late mark policy is not fair.

It's a shit company.. especially there is no work life balance...HRs are busy introducing new policy every other day and obviously while creating these policy they don't consider employee's wellbeing..all they do is introducing shitt policies just because they have nothing else to do..it's like a school where if you are leaving on time people (mostly senior manager) will start doubting you even if you have finished your work..it's toxic to another level ...so frankly speaking no likes for this company...lol they don't even distribute sweets on diwali...gifts are out of expectations......Read More

Company has no expansion plans.It was a rotating shift with one weekly off.They have two shifts 8-5 or 11-8. No holidays even on public holidays like independence day or diwali.Managers change every 2- 3 months. Process instability.No SOP.Dirty Politics.No Growth.
