It is very good joint venture team . I got satisfaction more then I excepted. I observed caring of his employees and doing special site related accedmic training to all QDVC team . Very good quality culture and safe environment in this team.

I was worked in red line south rail metro project . This is was 03 company joint venture that is delaying the decision and always found different opinions of each company partner due to that many welfare of employees was delayed. I like lot of thing about the company welfare facility for workers, workers accommodation. QDVC have own training department to be provide different type of training to employees. Company take care about workers condition if anybody suffering from family problems, financially problems, company will help to them.
