Likes

The best thing about QBS learning was that I could manage easily my personal and professional life. Second was that there was no such fixed entry and exit time. I just had to complete my prescribed log in hours and complete your work on time.

They pay you well when you join but then appraisals are poor and you may get fired anytime once projects are finished.

There are not a fix time or days to work, they treats employees like a Mazdoor, and HR also don't have any policy or management when you will leave the company they will not give you any compensations and F&F what is that HR don't know about this some ex employees are fighting in consumer court to get there F&F amount and letters.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
