I came from a humanitarian organization before I came and work with them. I saw progress within but not for the staff, discrimination is abundant, bias, unsafe work culture. Corruption and unfair treatment specially expats. They protect people that they want to protect and not the people they should protect. Incompetence specially with the managers and medical director, and some supervisors. I saw so many wrong things, and tried to call the attention of the CEOs but no avail its either they stopped it from the start. SO they decided to terminate me instead....Read More
