Its a terrible place. I was abused by my direct supervisor. I was disrespected, didnt give proper work. Very dishonest unprofessional management. When I spoke up thar I was verbally and emotionally abused. They terminated my employment. Terrible place! Very unfair and unjust management! No orientation neither any trainning. Very recist environment. They expected me to be patient and accept being abused as a normal thing! They said its their culture! Terrible managment!

QRCS has mixed expats from various countries. Senior Management and other colleagues were highly qualified professionals of International development and humanitarian sector and enjoyed the multi national culture and health environment work. Prompt response and action had been placed in my tenure. QRCS has International standard policies and procedures to meet the country legal statutory and obligations. Collaboration of the QRCS and Multi-Sector projects and Partnership have been excellency to gain experience and update our capacities and strengths.

Dislikes

Due to limited countries for the Mission programs, we may not consider to continue job opportunity once ended the country programs.

I came from a humanitarian organization before I came and work with them. I saw progress within but not for the staff, discrimination is abundant, bias, unsafe work culture. Corruption and unfair treatment specially expats. They protect people that they want to protect and not the people they should protect. Incompetence specially with the managers and medical director, and some supervisors. I saw so many wrong things, and tried to call the attention of the CEOs but no avail its either they stopped it from the start. SO they decided to terminate me instead.
