only politics. i hv being a victim of it.no job security. people who hv influence to the TOP make it. PROFESSIONAL & EXPERIENCE STAFF hv no FUTURE.

its one of the finest airline I hv worked for many years. personally I feel its a training institute where candidates are trained & promoted due to influence. its very simple u hv the upper hand u get it. it really demoralised me .
