Organization making profit but they imposed our own autocratic rule, They even not follow factory act and legal norms . Not a single rule in favour of employees

Rules Company culture HR policy is not transparent and Autocratic type HR is worst only focus on resign rather than training and improvement for issues happen in factory No Job security

1. Working culture is fully based on automation in processes. 2. Every rule is mentioned in the booklet of rules and regulation. 3. Minimun delay time is feels in salary distribution. 4. No chance for hiding the wrong methods. 4. Transparency in attendance of every person.

1. Minimum job security. 2. All decissions are depends only on 1 person. 3. All works are followed from china and no idea of Indians is aplicable.

Salary benefits they provide good in respect of other points. In case employee reach before half an hour company work timing they provide free breakfast to them and free bus facility for their workman. Pathetic company culture, Terrible HR policies, worst HR policies, pitiful employees work life balance. HR is ready to fire any time anyone, they have wistful HR practices and company culture. I strongly suggest not to join this company in any situation. Specially HR is very bad of this organization with zero ethics and knowledge. Only one week of in Sunday. They harass their employees in many way, they hire fresher from college with minimum salary and take night shift with no knowledge learning. GETs and DETs job profile are similar to workman on shop floor where their salaries are less then an ITI. All the machines operates in chines language to employees only learn which no. of button they needs to press but function wise no machine idea they get from here. No any CL and PL. No work no salary. Canteen is not good. Salary process is very bad. If you do work 25 days and you resign properly due to your salary didn't credit your account.
