Pyramid is into US Staffing, although they have multiple clients but it's distributed in a way that owner's relatives get the most active clients. Company provides good compensations compare to other companies within domain.

Dislikes

Management is not that good. Every manager shows his/her interest only to the team member who does the buttering / flattering. During my tenure came across few good resources (New Joinee) but management didn't treat them in a right way as others were buttering. Work environment is very pathetic and boring as there is no extra curricular activities, not any kind of recognition.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
