Hello Everyone, I need your advice on a crucial career decision. I have 6 years of experience in my domain and recently received an offer from a reputed international banking operation with a 50% salary hike. Currently, I work at a Big Four firm, but my role involves 12+ hectic hours daily, leaving little time for work-life balance. In my previous two jobs, I stayed for only 1 year each, and I’ve been in my current job for 1 year. As the sole breadwinner for my family in Bangalore, financial stability is crucial. Should I prioritize the hike and better hours or stay to build consistency? Thank you!
