Team and company culture is nice.

Dislikes

There is no job security. You can lose your job anytime. Also, the salary is lowest among the big 4s. They give peanuts in terms of appraisal every year.

The company gives good hike and other benifits like food card, training session were good.

Dislikes

Lots of politics they talk about politics in an open forum, most of the seniors or managers or dominant in nature , career growth is comparatively less unless you have a good professional degree. No work life balance, in busy session you have to work for 16 hours a day.

Good corporate vibes and lot of things to learn in regards client work and internal corporate politics.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor and if someone completes his/her work by end of day, they are buried with further workloads which is very unprofessional. There is no extra benefits for excess hours worked which happens almost every day. The managers of Financial Services (Assurance) including the related Human Resource manager needs to be more receptive and stay grounded.
