I loved pvr before merger with Inox reason behind that all process get changed. process is length as operation department . So much work load on operation department staff. They have to categorise list of task to other departments so that operation staff give best service to their patron. Lot's of backend work load given lack of concentration to their patron service, guest relation service, etc., badget also get decrease after merger with Inox they should increase budget and manpower to balance best services. I couldn't like too much extended shift where you can exhaust as manager. No body care about as a girl u have giving extra work in office. Management has to maintain staff environment would be good. Time would extend till 10 hr it should be understand. Management has to make there HOD happy as well. Manager need motivation also.
