Work culture is superb and the people development is very good.. I always got motivation whenever i talk with my seniors. Pvr run my kitchen through covid -19 lockdown and that is more than enough support for me

I have 1.5 yr experience with Pvr but to be frank i didn’t see anything in Pvr to dislike

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
