To Know the responsibility aginst customer.....How to talk or How to handle the customer.....also knew about the cinema's rules nd regulations....ins hort i fulfill my happiness towards this job opportunity....thanks to PVR Cinema...for making my knowledge more batter.....

Dislikes

Staff member are not allow for free watching movies on thier weekoff day.....After the movie time..... Wastage of the food metrial....staff can not eat it...

Work Details

I was working as a post entertainment service provider...and that really amazing post.....we can know all the type of works....like candy,box, floor,stock collection, handling customer etc.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
