Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired fromwork. The company always postponed the kitchen Appraisal... I can't understand why do they.. I seen there.. so many chef in the company who survived in one post always in the company. There are no perks for the employees. I would like to specially mention mr. nitin Srivastava who is VP HR of the organisation he is the most toxic person i have ever seen. He treats his team like that they are illiterate and don’t know anything. Moreover there is no appraisal for the employees.and no bonuses as well.
