Getting a job in service department is easy, and promotion in same department is not that difficult

Dislikes

Chefs are treated like outsiders, promotions are difficult in kitchen department, workload is less but inside politics will make it difficult to sustain. Staff meals are also not provided now days

work pressure very high and growth is slow. Sometimes I have to work 12-14hours straight on night 2 years ony night shit work no day duty. I want to day night shift but here boys commi ony night shift work. Dislike regularly night shift work. No learning new recipe & hospitality industry knowledge. Only customer experience
