Learning as a fresher,Work life balance and few colleagues from inox set of properties

There are no perks for the employees. I would like to specially mention mr. nitin Srivastava who is VP HR of the organisation he is the most toxic person i have ever seen. He treats his team like that they are illiterate and don’t know anything. Moreover there is no appraisal for the employees.and no bonuses as well.

Good opportunity and great management of the company. So many facilities provided by the company for your employee, Good service charge, good Selery, time to time Selery management, good food for stap, night cap service for company employees, Laundry provided the company, equipment, Medical provided the company, ESI, PF, etc so many many types of facilities provided by the company.

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired fromwork. Just pramotion is depend on department just like you can engineer so promoted in 2 to 3 year just commercial department pramotion is more then 4 year promoted.

It's not we move next level to the life it's job only we survive that's all I'm working in past 2 years I'm happy bcoz I love cinema that's I'm here I joined pvr that starting time my bike is gone after credits too much torture it's in high level when icame duty and forget everything watching movie that ok after again same dipression that's way salary too low but ilove cinema I'm here that's it
