Anyone can get fired at any time without any warnings or notice. The culture of this company is toxic, the colleagues have two faces, never supports. There is lot of politics, whoever is close with management his/her job is secure for time being, Management is bothered about employees health, no one cares what kind of work load you have, no support provided if asked, Company can throw you out any time.
