Fraud happened with clients by an employee. Girls are not safe. Top management to managers all are pathetic. No action taken on harrasment, including top management. Team leaders use favouritism and provide business to team members. No discipline. Super casual approach. No work culture. Zero ethics. Zero process on work.

Complete politics played in each and every department mostly in Pre sales. Promotion of an employee is based on how good relations does the employee has with his manager and not by his performance or skills. HR department only listens to the management and does not help the employee to grow even if the employee is a performer. No growth for hardworking people who have their own new idealogy. Teammates are very supportive, a lot of training is given to the freshers, it's a competitive role, I love the work environment and a great place to learn and grow personally.

Dislikes

Growth is little slow, sometimes politics affect your growth too. Work pressure is high at times. Appreciation is lagging most of the time.
