1. Never had I ever seen such a welcoming crowd in any organisation so far. 2. Work culture is their plus point always 3. Highly motivating upper management, there's no exaggeration at all. Experience it for yourself if you get a chance. (pretty rare to find this in most of the organizations out there.) 4. You get plenty of time tolearn the skills required and aren't stopped from acquiring any other skills even unrelated to work. 5. Your work is always appreciated 6. Strong HR policies and all towards employee benefits 7. You get all the AU holidays (not Indian holidays usually) 8. The work is so engaging & also demanding that sometimes you forget to keep up with your schedule for other activities like having meals / logging off on time. But this won't be a problem if you have a strong plan for your day to day activities and manage to wrap up urgent work within work shift.
