Only their shoes are good but I would not refer this job to anyone other then local of Karnataka it suits them lot .

I experienced very bad and unprofessional behaviour from staff and Hr team is worse . My mother died days ago this company made sure as if I have this job even if my mother is no more I went to my hometown my mother died after they call me back I came back but now they need my mother dead certificate . Which is not ready by 2 or 3 days it takes time to get dead certificate . I am in loss and great pain but all though I didn’t have dead certificates I was ready to share my dead mother picture after that also they didn’t believe me forcefully making me talk with Hr team pinky and other lady and I was not comfortable sharing my personal information to unknown persons . When I was in funeral of my mom she forced me to send my documents again without understanding my personal problem . I was placed on Marathalli store but their store manager is too rude their staff looking at my body and touching it . But this puma sounds professional but their manager and Hr team and area managers team are worse. I got no help store manager or Hr team or area managers I got no help other then leaving this job I didn’t have options . But this really disappointing coz I am the only one who looks after my family after my mom died I have 2 brothers to look after and they made me Leave my job while they were sitting on their chair so easy for them to make staff to leave the job ....Read More

Puma provides all the training material and taking induction programs, so that the employees gets proper product knowledge and helps easy to sell.

Dislikes

While working in Puma I personally want to they should change there sick leave policies, I observed and I am part of that, I applied for this leaves but SM and ARM do not accepted the leaves.

Company's management people most of the time don't maintain that dignity that respect for the employees and the managers forces or you can say that they make a situation that you have to left the company...and then they will say that you were not capable...which is wrong...youuuu have not given him a proper support, never satisfied by his/her achievements/works.
