Dislikes

Management, top level managers, HR - no work life balance - Favouritism.. if you are not the favorite of your boss, you will be treated like a slave ( All managers are like Hitlers... its a German company ;) - No learning or growth ( except for the people who have been in the company sinch last 5 years) - Managers abuse (literally Mc, bc type abuses even to a girl), shout, insult, threathen you every single day, for no particular reason ( even when you are not in sales) - Never allowed to take leaves - Weekends are work from home - Work burden is horrible ( humanly not possible to complete work they give to each employee) and expect everyone to leave no pending work.. which is not possible.. so they scream. - I have worked in 5 other different companies but this has been the worst experience for me. - you can be fired anytime or situations will be created so bad for you that you leave the company....Read More

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
