The work culture and the people working there were very friendly. You wouldn't feel like you are having a conversation with a manager or tech lead, it's like having a conversation with your colleague that's how easy and comfortable it was to discuss be it related to some bug or just some tech related advice.

Not really sure if anyone would be so keen to ready this review. But let me be clear about Sapient, no work life balance, works is being done under very short timespan, manager would be very much aggressive at times. Each and everyone is overburdened with responsibilities. Though money offered is above the market standard, but it isnot everything, I did a mistake by running behind money , now I can only guide others that don't be crazy for cash, look out for satisfaction where you don't see everyday as a challenge....Read More
