In Publicis Sapient policies are people friendly they have permanent remote work option as well.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is the major issue, its really very tough to manage time, Management is not good may be thats project specific but in my experience its really tough to go ethical with, No one cares whether you are working 14hr a day or even more.

Uplifting vs Bringing down

I realised after 5 years in my career that most recruiters abroad expect relevant experience compared to exact work experience. Should we remove the non relevant experience. then? Some of my friends are asking me not to omit non relevant experience as in PF all experience is mentioned, but suppose I wanted to try out a particular tech stack and didn’t like it. Why should i mention that to my recruiter? Do companies in India expect the same kind of relevancy based resume?
