Dislikes

There is no.job security and Noticepriod is 3months. If someone want resignation he will not be paid the notice period salay. Salay willbe padi after 90+45 days. That is horrible.

I wish i could think about it. I would advise the owner of the company dont trust yours ears, see things from ur own eyes, ur trusted partner is a non skilled leader, HR are here for show off and play politics, disobey rule, does not have HR skills, save ur money spending on them.

Dislikes

Company politics, Unplanned Resource planning, Unplanned Realistic financial strategy, Unskilled leaders, 135 days unpaid notice period, no work life balance, no job security, unnecesarry expenses on non required staff. HR provides biased feedback on unskilled staffs. HR just play politics to remain on position.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
