PTD Cleantech Solutions, being a young organization, gives a lot of possibilities to explore one's own strengths and allows to leverage the same for personal growth as well as that of the organization.

So far, the organization has been on a constant improvement curve so nothing much to complain about.

You are on your own, This leads to develop your skill sets in various fields.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Huge salary differences in the company. If one is joining PTD should ask for money initially only. You get no benefits later on. Also once you resign (Happens very rarely, most of people are kicked out) companies behavious is very harsh with you. While leaving they ask for settlement refunds on Leaves, Medical insurance etc also if you have extra working days they say that you will be paid for it but after leaving company they give you half of your per day salary. And also you will be asked to sign full and final settlement letter with this much cutting after that only you get relieving letter....Read More
